NBN is not working

i received my NBN modem but its not working as i get information my outside DSL port has has not connected so please advise us i have not internet at home

Hi @Shafiullah

 

For NBN services, there is what we call Service Class type which determines the readiness of a service address. This means an address can be remotely activated as all the equipment is available; whilst some still needs a tech visit. 

 

Please send your Customer ID or username via private message so we can locate your account and provide you with more information regarding the installation/activation of your service.

Hello Shafiullah, I realised that a Case Manager has been in touch and requested a replacement for the NBN NTD.

 

Further updates will be provided by the Case Manager via phone call or SMS.
