My NBN is not working. My mobile phone can receive the wireless signal, but cannot connect to internet.

There is an NBN outage affecting your service. It is nothing TPG can action at this time and NBN will restore it ASAP.

Thanks David, as most of us, my family is working and learning from home and internet is the basic need. Is there anything you can do to expedite the repair/maintenance. Also, would you be able to provide NBN contact to follow up with.

In addition to that, shouldn’t our connection convert to ADSL in case of any NBN outage?

Hi,

 

No.... once your on an NBN service, ADSl is finished forever at that address and is resigned to history.
