Have your tried plugging your modem in? See setup guide below.

-If you have more than one phone socket please try the modem on all the sockets.

Hi @Kayk_tittaya,

 

If you have tried all the phone sockets in your home + confirmed that you are connecting direct from the phone socket to the DSL port on the back of the modem. It sounds like there might be a line fault that needs looking at.

The problem is not a modem or anything.
It’s just you have to installation for my internet again. I really need to use my internet today for work!!!! Please send help!
