Get online support
I have received several text messages telling me to connect my NBN modem.
I have done so and left on for hours. The only response I get is the follwing
power light - solid blue
connection light - flashing blue
dsl light - flashing blue
I have tried to connect with the online chat help which has been less than useless. I have gone around in circles with them 7 TIMES now. They do a check and try to connect me with the NBN service team and then nothing happens. I wait by the chat box for over and HOUR EACH TIME and no one connects.
I need TPG to check my installation status and tell me what is wrong or do something. At the moment I just keep getting told to connect my modem and nothing happens.

Thanks for providing your details.
I have checked your installation status and noted that it is still in progress so that's reason connection light is flashing blue, Currently your ADSL is active which has good sync speed 19/1 Mbps so meanwhile use your existing ADSL2+.
