Get online support
Moved home and transferred my NBN service. The text message told me to follow to instructions in the link and "reply with the SN and HFC mac of your NBN box." We set up the equipments as before and replied the message, but several hours has passed and no internet connection yet. Tried calling TPG with no success getting to the tech support. Is there anything I should do next? Or do I just wait for TPG to get back? If later, how long would I need to wait for?

It sounded like our Provisioning Team is trying to remotely activate your service. Please send us your TPG Customer ID or username via private message in order to check and confirm the status of your connection.
