I am completely disappointed by tpg at this point. Have been calling since Monday and a technician requested a new nbn box for my new address and was told that it would be dispatched within 48 hours. So we waited, 24, 48, 96, 120 hours... WE HAVE RECEIVED ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! We called again and again, and the only thing the service person told us was to WAIT! We have waited for much longer than enough and need a solution immediately,not wait and wait and wait! Then the person we called this morning said he would "escalate" this for us and a person would call us in 24 hours. I kept my phone with me for the entire day but NO ONE called. Moved home and transferred my NBN service. Was told that we could use the old nbn box when we called last Friday, but turned out we needed a new one. Called on Monday to request for it and was told it would be dispatched in 24 to 48 hours. 48 hours passed and we received no email or communication whatsoever. Had to call again this morning and the service person didn't help at all, except for telling me to wait. I have waited for 4 days without internet! The service person then said the dispatch email should be sent today. Well another day has passed ans there's still NOTHING. TPG your efficiency is absolutely TERRIBLE! Its not that hard to send ONE SINGULAR BOX. Please either speed this dispatchment up immediately or get a technician to solve my problem. ... View more

Moved home and transferred my NBN service. The text message told me to follow to instructions in the link and "reply with the SN and HFC mac of your NBN box." We set up the equipments as before and replied the message, but several hours has passed and no internet connection yet. Tried calling TPG with no success getting to the tech support. Is there anything I should do next? Or do I just wait for TPG to get back? If later, how long would I need to wait for? ... View more
