NBN modem unid1 port have no bright light, no wifi signal

I am not able to open the login page. As you can see in the photos I attached, I don't have another cable to connect the laptop to the router.

Hi RonnD,
Well,  For troubleshooting we need other LAN cable as well, anyway I am going to create ticket for Engineer to assess your case. Ticket number 59582798

Hi RonnD,

For manual CONFIGURING  of ROUTER
see below steps.
A. Open your browser and in the address bar type
http://192.168.1.1 and press Enter
B. Enter admin for both the username and password and
click Login.
If you have changed the login credentials,
please enter the current username and password for your
router interface.
C. Click Quick Setup tab towards the top of the page.
D. Select your Time Zone, and click Next.
E. Click on PPPoE, and click Next.
F. Type in your own TPG username and password, and
click Next.
G. You can change your Wi-Fi settings in this step. By default,
 the router is configured with the following Wi-Fi security settings:
 SSID (name for the Wi-Fi connection): TP-LINK_XXXX
 (XXXX is a random 4 digit alpha numeric code)
 Password: By default, the password is printed on a sticker
 underneath your router (Wireless Password/Pin). You can
 enter your own text as an option.
 Click Next to continue.
H. On the summary page click Save
 Click Finish to complete the Quick Setup.

Hi, I just bought LAN cable and connect my laptop to the router, but I still can't access the router admin page. 

I looked up in this community and found a similar issue as mine here: https://community.tpg.com.au/t5/NBN-Installation/TP-LINK-Archer-C1200-router-Internet-light-is-orang...

Could please check if this could be the case of my issue now too?

I have already created ticket yesterday, Your fault assessment in progress.  We suspect possible router issue here.

Hi, Thanks for the update. I've been waiting for the router since yesterday but I haven't received it yet.

I see it was on board for delivering but I wonder why it wasn't. We were home all day, you know during this time!

Please help make sure it'll be delivered today. Thanks.
