NBN modem

I just signed the NBN 50 contract, and select to pick up modem from TPG North Ryde office/counter. I would like to know when I can pickup the modem. The installation is scheduled 31/1/20. It would be appreciated if anyone can give me some advice. Thanks. Henry Li

The modem order is still in progress and it may be available for pick up by Tuesday or Wednesday this coming week.

Hi BisilDV, Thank you for reply my enquiry.  Please check if my NBN modem is ready for pickup because the installer will come to my home to install the NBN line, and I prefer I have the modem to test when he is at my place.
