NBN moving home

Hello, I have move and was told NBN was available in my property. Have plugged everything in but the online button on the box is flashing. Trying desperately to get hold of TPG for advice. Can you please get back to me ASAP! Thanks

Thanks for your message, I have attached a setup guide for you to follow for your NBN Connection.

Please make sure you use an ethernet cable (yellow cable) to connect your modem to the NBN connection device.
