My nbn was installed on the 18th of may but it is still not activate. Apparently it says on my account that the install is still in progress.
I need the internet to run my buisness. i have sent 4 emails and been on hold for over 4hrs trying to get this resolved. i am still waiting for a case manager to call me back.. this was 2 days ago.
