NBN not connecting / no DSL light on modem

Got a text confirmation saying my NBN is working but no DSL/Internet light on modem.

Are you are new FTTP user? If you are, is the Optical light on your NTD box flashing green? If so, look downstream at your router. Have you connected the NTD box to the WAN port on the router? BTW, if you're now on FTTP then the  DSL light on your router should  be off, and you are no longer uisng DSL.
