NBN not connecting to internet

I have a TP-Link AC1200 modem, I've followed all guides I could find but the DSL light is still off and I'm not receiving internet despite the wifi working.

Since yesterday 5am.

Spent New Year eve and new year with friends over and no internet, no music, alexa, no movie, or games. I have decided ai will cancel TPG. I am done.

Where can I cancel it on my account?
