NBN not working post storm last night.

Level 2
THE NBN was connected yesterday along with my VOIP. Both were working beautifully until a storm with lightning yesterday evening. Now will not connect to internet. NBN site stated no issue their side, told to contact TPG. Have turned power off & pressed reset button with no success.

Update to this, I was finally able to talk to a technician & issue has been escalated to NBN.
