I did run remote test and have found no fault on the line that can be service affecting but we can certainly check for any underlying cause of the issue.
Furthermore, your homephone service relies on your internet. The homephone might have taken a while to get provisioned after the installation but we have seen usages from the service and I would like to confirm whether it is already working on your end.
