I would like to reopen ticket number: 10267617. My NBN internet has stopped working again because the connection light on the NBN box is red, clicking and flashing.

I have noted via nbn portal that there is no sync and you lost connection around 10:33 AM so i have created ticket # 59454230 for our Engineer department for further assessment. Meanwhile see below link for set up, you can also try new telephone cable and adaptor to connect your equipments.
