NBN outage, system didn’t convert to ADSL

Thanks David, I believed that in case of any NBN outage my connection will convert to ADSL till NBN comes back online. As most of us, my family is working and learning from home and internet is the basic need. Is there anything you can do to expedite the repair/maintenance. Also, would you be able to provide NBN contact to follow up with.

Like i posted in your other thread, you can check the status of the NBN outage with the link i provided.

Again, ADSL does NOT come back once you are on a NBN product, even if it goes offline with a fault.
