NBN "optical" red light on

Hi there,

I just had my NBN installed today at 1:30pm. The man checked and told me the NBN was working before he left. Then the "optical" light turned red at 2:00pm (just 30mins after he left).
I also received text message and an email said my NBN network is active and ready to connect to internet.
Would you please solve this issue for me?
