I have received multiple text relating to;
Action required: Your TPG NBN service is awaiting activation. Please connect your NBN modem asap to activate
The modem is on and connected to the NBN box (FTTC) in the house to the WAN port. all lights on modem are yellow except an orange internet light ( TP - AX1800 ) and all lights on the NBN box are blue except the LAN is flashing blue
What else do I need to do?
And yes, I have tried turning it off and on again.
