NBN set up help

The LAN blue light in the NBN connector is not lighting up. The green Internet light & DSL light are not green on the router. I have set up exactly as show but not working. Help please.

Are you able to check if our NBN account has been set up. We received the email asking us to connect the Hardware NBN connector & Tpg router but when we checked online if there was an NBN outage it said our address was not connected. Can you please check if this has been done at your end. Many thanks Carole
