Followed the video instructions but can’t get dsl light I then tried installing as per instructions manual with the same result I tried ringing tpg with no joy there

We're able to locate the account using your community details. We've seen that your NBN installation is still in progress and appointment is scheduled on Monday, 10 February 2020, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM. We recommend to use the ADSL2+ service while waiting for completion of NBN installation.
