Get online support
I received a text saying that my NBN service is installed but it isn't online.
What does this mean and how can I make it online?

Once you receive a notification that the NBN installation is done, you need to make sure that the modem and cables are properly connected. If it's still not working, please shoot me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number as we were not able to locate your account using your community details.
