Hi there, I've just signed up to TPG NBN100 and was connected Tuesday night but since its been connected it constantly drops out - every few minutes my TV (streaming) pauses and then goes black. Its extremely frustraiting when I live alone but have NBN100! My NBN is connected via ethernet cable and I'm in Newtown NSW 2042.
Please help me troubleshoot this. No modem issues, I've restarted and all lights on when the internet drops out. If it doesn't get fixed, I'll cancel my service asap.
