No internet connection

Hi, I currently have no internet. This dropped out at about 8.45, tried the usual restarting everything. No luck. I registered an outage but have had no response as yet.

Now up to 3 days and nobody has contacted me to help sort out the lack of internet service, I’ve had a message each day to say someone will be in touch - nothing……..
Time to look for another provider.
