NCD LAN light not coming on

The LAN light on the NCD is not coming on. The power light is on and the other 2 are flashing. I plugged into the same wall socket as my ADSL line. On the modem the following lights are showing green: power, 2.4G, 5G and WAN.

Your NBN-HFC 50/20 install is progressing.

The self-installation part of your order has appeared to fail, this happens sometimes.

I have escalated this to our NBN install engineers, and someone will call you back ASAP within 24hrs to help out. We may need to send an NBN tech out to rectify any issues.
