NCD not connecting

Hi I just received NCD and modem for my FTTC nbn. Set them up correctly and waited to be NCD sync. But doesn't work. Tried everything you told me to do over the chat, but still nothing. The thing i found is that NCD is failing to sync. DSL light is blinking steadily with connection light, then with clicking sound, it goes back to beginning. Please help.

Just confirm which lights are solid blue on the NCD for me. Is it 2x solid + 1 flashing?

I can see the NCD is up. Some times the installation process completes itself in an hour or so once everything is connected properly.

1 solid - power

2 blinking - DSL and connection

1 down - LAN


I tried this for 6 hours with different phone socket, and waited over 1 hour each.

I'm trying and waiting at the moment as well.
