NCD not sent

I have not received NCD and continue to get txt messages to connect.

Hi @kellylaus88

 

NBN Installation has different Service Class types. Yours is under Service Class 33 which means TPG will send the NCD box together with the modem/router. Then, customer will connect these devices inside the house. Remote activation can also be considered. 

 

I have since arranged for a Case Manager to be in touch with you tomorrow, 08 FEB 2021. to check the status of the installation and assist with the missing NBN NCD.
