NCD not sent

Hi I have not received an NCD, I have got the modem and the text message saying to plug everything in but I wasn’t sent the NCD??? This is for FTTC

We were able to locate your account using your community details and checked your location.

NBN Co tagged your address under the Service class 34, which means that an NBN NCD box is already available. If you are not able to see any NBN NCD box, then we will report this to our NBN service delivery team and have someone to call you tomorrow between 9AM - 12NN to further discuss the case.
