I suppose have a NBN installation scheduled at today's afternoon 1:00pm -5:00pm ( 9/11/2020). But NO ONE came in. I stayed at home for whole day but unfortunately there was nothing happened and there was even NO message to tell me what is going on.
I checked on the website tpg.com.au/installation ,and my schedule was still there.
So is there anyone can tell me what should I do?
