Hello,
I have received my modem and NDC today and followed the instructions on the provided booklet on how to connect everything. I have double checked to make sure everything is connected. The connection light on the NDC is still blinking even after the recommended 30 minutes. Before I proceed with anything else, how long should I continue to wait for the connection? I have considered connecting to another phone line in the house but will wait this one first.
Thanks

I have attached a link for a FTTC connection, Please make sure you remove all telecommunication devices from your house including filters with only the NCD connected.
NBN can take 2-30 days for a connection to be activated, you will receive a txt message advising you to connect the NCD however currently due to Covid-19 there may be delays.
I have also attached a link on how to track your installation.
I hope that helps in the meantime keep using your ADSL

I'm getting the exact same problem. It's been almost two hours since I set up the devices and the dsl light is still blinking.

Hello,
So I have contacted TPG support as well so now a technician is on the way next week to solve the NBN issue. As for connecting back to my previous ADSL in the meantime, it seems to be taking a long time to reconnect, if ever it should even connect again. Is there anything I need to do to fix this?
Thanks
Hello akiot,
Thanks for your reply, can you please provide the following and I'll check on your connection.
If you are using a filter for your ADSL modem please remove it and check the line cord is connected to the DSL port on your modem.
