My Wife’s “Email Only” .
She has not received any emails other than Test Messages from me – she has not received emails from other sources since 5/11/2022 – can you recover these emails?
I don’t know what the problem is – but it coincides with me turning off the previous Home Wireless Broadband router and turning on the new NBN12 router on 5/11/2022.
Also – I cannot see an Invoice for the $27.50 in payment for my Wife’s payment for the "Email Only Account" annual fee.
In My Account under Manage Your Email Aliases I can see my xxxxx but I cannot see my Wife’s Alias of xxxx listed– do you need to create her Alias in My Account for her Emails to be working?????
This problem has been persisting for over a month – can you please prioritise resolution as soon as possible – my Wife may be missing some very important Emails from a Hospital and other sources.
