Unfortunately receiving the devices are not meaning your service is ready to use (not all times but our effords are to this happen), you will need to receive an email from us when your service is ready to use.
NBN still had no completed the installation.
If you can download myTPG app you can track the progress of your installation.
If you have the devices already, you could set up them
