Nbn Activation Delay

I have been waiting weeks to be connected to the nbn and now having finally received my equipment and had the cable connected my nbn service has so far has not been activated in the four days after my nbn appointment. We have very limited access to the internet as we have to use mobile hotspot. The most frustrating part is that I have received no communication regarding this except a call to say that the relevant people would call me (who never did).
What do I need to do to get my service activated?

Unfortunately receiving the devices are not meaning your service is ready to use (not all times but our effords are to this happen), you will need to receive an email from us when your service is ready to use.

NBN still had no completed the installation.

If you can download myTPG app you can track the progress of your installation.

If you have the devices already, you could set up them
