Your NBN-FTTC install is progressing.
Our records show an NBN service has worked at your address previously and to complete the install you just need to plug in the equipment.
Do you have the NBN-NCD onsite?
You will need to UNPLUG ALL exisitng phones/modems, and setup the new NCD + MODEM to the socket.
Pay attention to the 4x blue lights on the NCD once completed.
