Nbn activation

I've recieved an email saying my nbn service is active however when connecting it to the nvm connection box it won't connect to Wi-Fi it says there is no internet access.
I've connected it all correctly, tried turning it off and on a number of times and there is still nothing.

Just wondering what i can do?
