The normal installation timeframe for an NBN installation is within 2-30 working days.
Upon checking your account using your Community details, further works needed to be completed as the technician detected signal issues at the tap. NBN Co scheduled to provide us with updates within the next 5 days.
A Case Manager is already assigned to monitor the progress of the installation and will provide updates when possible.
