Nbn drop out

Dropping out all day basically a few times an hour, making it basically unusable
It was fine since installation 2months ago. Changed cables and place of modem and still no luck DSL LIGHT always flashing

I have checked your NBN-FTTN 50/20 service on our systems and tests are passing.

 

I did notice there is an open ''NBN Incident'' for your service. This means NBN are doing upgrades/repairs/maintenance to their network in your area and may be impacting services.

 

This is normally a short term thing. This incident is due for completion 22/5.

There is nothing for anyone to do.

 

If it is not back to normal in a few days, let us know.
