Nbn installation

We have our nbn installation set for tomorrow, wondering if pre check is important because we missed today due to work.

As confirmed via the email we sent, it is required that you or someone over the age of 18 is available during the installation appointment.

This is to ensure that the tech will have someone to ask permission if further testing needs to be done in your premises. 

We've also seen one of your post here. Let's continue there so we can provide updates where possible.

I see, thats no problem someone will be available at home for the installation, was wondering if pre check installation would affect installation tomorrow or not

Hi @helentraan, most of the installation are pre-checked already as NBN has classified addresses into different types. 

Your address is under the Service Class Type for the NBN FTTP service which means that there is no available NTD or NBN box in place yet; hence the need for a tech visit and requires access to the premises.
