Nbn modem delivery

Hi,how long untill i receive my new NBN modem?My username is XXXXXX. The technician guy come and install the nbn connection box and finished setup.

Could you check on my NBN modem delivery status please.

My ADSL internet stop working and the NBN modem still not yet deliver

Welcome to the Community!

Thanks for raising this with us. I was able to review your account and from what I gathered, your modem was dispatched on October 10 via Startrack. We have sent you an email as well, providing the consignment details on the same day.

On October 11, Startrack attempted to deliver the modem and left a card. After which, the modem has been sitting at the Milton LPO. Since it hasn't been collected yet, Startrack has already processed the return of the modem back to TPG at this stage.

As a last resort, we'll need to resend a modem to your address. Can you PM us your shipping address so we can have it raised?
