Please help. I was communicating with tech support about my nbn installation and got to the point that modem needs to be reconfigured from my end. They sent link to follow instructions but couldn't work it out and then couldn't get back to the chat and then couldn't get back to the link!
I have been trying to get to tech support but it just keeps saying to try later.
I really neec help as I am supposed to be working from home.
