Need clarification

I have requested for home move service as I moved to a new place at 21 March. Due to the NBN shortage, I could not have internet supplied at my new place, and as I was suggested I preordered for the installation for my place. The thing is I am not using TPG NBN since 21 March as I moved to another place. However, since then I have been charged $59.99 twice for NBN supply. So, I am just confused why I am being charged if I am not getting service while I am already spending a lot on mobile data. Hope I will get clarification and justification on that.
