Hi, I tried calling but it is really hard to contact the technicians in tpg. But I really need help. I bought a new router 3 weeks ago and it’s not a plug and play. I need to fix the vdsl2 I think? But I don’t know how. I tried it before and I luckily did it but my housemate accidentally unplugged the router and now it’s not working again I click the reset button so it is the default settings again and now I’m back to square one. With no clue on how to fix this issue. Ive been researching and trying to fix it but no luck and I’m frustrated that I cannot use my router. I paid $200 for this and I can’t even use it. Help me please TPG
