I am a new NBN customer. I have modem and NBN box connected but still have no service. Contrary to TPG's advice that they will keep me updated, I have received no status reports or updates. My payment has been processed. Please check service status as I require internet urgently. My customer number is 6803268 and my mobile number is 0432 592 024. Thank you Elizabeth
