New NBN connection not working

Hi,

we had our new NBN connection completed this morning by a Technitian. He mentioned that we had to wait 20min until WIFI connection. It's now been over 3 hours and on WIFI available.

all lights on router  are working and we have reset the router twice with no luck.

What lights are you getting on your modem?
