We were able to locate your account using your community details and understand that you were able to speak with our Technical support team.
They've guided you to test the speed via Wired connection and you were able to achieve 94 Mbps Download speed and 33 Mbps Upload speed. They've advised you to use the 5GHz network connection and your speed went up compared to the 2.4GHz network.
There's a possibility that the 2.4GHz network is being interfered by some radio frequency, which result in a slow speed issue. We've created an article that will guide you on how to improve it. You may refer to this link.
