New instalation

I received an e-mail saying that my internet was ready to use and i should plug in my modem. I did it but it doesn’t turn on the internet light.
The NBN box has those 4 lights on…
I just don’t know how to access the internet.
I already changed the username and password inside the modem configuration and nothing has changed.

Are you still not able to browse the internet? If yes, please send me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number.

 

We'd like to check if the modem/router is communicating with the NBN server or if the credentials entered are incorrect.
