Got NBN installed on Friday and received the email saying it’s activated. Internet LED did not light up after having installed the modem (FTTN) so it wasn't complicated. I have already been contacted by a moderator on here previously about the issue and spent 3-4 hours following their instructions and still didn't work. After inputting a temporary USRN and PSWD that was given, I was told that after 2-3 days it'll run out and I'd just have to input my details. Nope still didn't work! Have contacted the tech support and the help desk lodging a complaint but no reply. If this issue isn't resolved by tomorrow at the latest I'll will be contacting TIO, returning the modem and cancelling the account and do not except me to pay any exit fees.
