No Internet light.

My modem all of a sudden has no internet. The internet light is not on. NBN has all 4 lights on. I’ve tried turning it off and on and done a hard reset of the modem with no luck. Please help! I need it to work from home tomorrow.

Having exactly the same issue in Sydney. No one working today at TPG which is ridiculous!!
