No Internet signal in the pit - repost

I'm reposting this because i didn't get any reasonable solution for my issue and I'm totally lost about what I'm supposed to do now. on 11th april the technician came and said there is no internet signal so, i had an appointment yesterday and another nbn technician came and said there is no signal in the pit so i should contact my ISP asap so that they can report to nbn. i tried everyway to contact the tpg but it only leads to online chat. please help me out i need the internet urgently for my work and studies. I've already made payments more than 2 weeks ago. my customer id is 6794316. i need follow up on what will happen next and what i have to do from my side please.
