after 2 failed installation attempt i was notified that i there is some infrastructure issue and no signal is in the pit. finally, after 2 months of wait and false commitments, i was noticed the nbn infrastructure issue was fixed and i have appointment today. i even got reminder 3 times that i have an appointment today from 8-12 so here i took day off from work and wait for the technician. but where the ** is the technician ?? you say in your website that there is 109$ fine to delayed notice of reschedule of installation. so will tpg give me compensation for not showing up for installation neither giving me any notice for the cancellation of appointment? and the time i took off from my work just for the sake of this installation?? totally disappointed. this is a **in joke. 2 months is not a small time. please get the installation done by this week or refund my initial payment and I'll go with some other ISPs who actually care about their customers. thanks. your totally unhappy customer ... Hi, our building had an infrastructure issue and the installation couldn't be successful. After that i was told that remediation work is considered non essential and cannot be done until the restriction are lifted and i have no news after that. now that the restrictions are put to ease, can i please have an update on when the issue will be fixed and i can get connected? So, I signed up and paid everything a month ago and was told the technician is gonna come 23rd April for nbn utility box installation. So the problem is the optical fibre in the pit has no light signal so it was a failed installation. Now the TPG is just like until nbn fixes this we cannot do anything at all and it's out of their control. Anytime I ask for a follow up or a date for fixing the issue i get the same answers. So it seems to me like TPG is not giving any pressure or request to the NBNco to get their customer connected. If this goes on it will definitely take months for nbn to actually care about the issue. I know there maybe lot of household with problem but I can't do anything without internet. We have 4 people constantly needing internet for work and study and our mobile data is going to excess. We desparately need an internet connection going on. I want to request TPG to please provide me with an alternative even if it is ADSL or give me some assurance that they are trying to force nbn from their side. I'm reposting this because i didn't get any reasonable solution for my issue and I'm totally lost about what I'm supposed to do now. on 11th april the technician came and said there is no internet signal so, i had an appointment yesterday and another nbn technician came and said there is no signal in the pit so i should contact my ISP asap so that they can report to nbn. i tried everyway to contact the tpg but it only leads to online chat. please help me out i need the internet urgently for my work and studies.
