No Modem

Hi
I've had an email saying my NBN is connected and I haven't used it yet but I have not received my modem yet and I don't have a tracking number or anything??

Apologies for the delay in receiving the equipment. I've seen that it has been delivered today. 

 

Furthermore, I've detected that the modem is connected and you should have an internet access.
